Braxton Hicks Contraction

It started on Friday night which is irregular (2-3 times before sleep) & does not hurt. Saturday hit me a few times in a day (does not hurt too). Sunday was more, every 10 min after lunch till dinner time (does not hurt too). At mid night, the pain is more intense but keep my eye on the clock to see if it's regular -> NOPE, not yet. Had a few intense pain till 7am but irregular & i'm now still monitoring. Anyway, baby please wait till tomorrow.

Andrea: 2 yrs 4 mths

I have spent less time with andrea for her 'homework' these days, as hubby also VERY lazy to do 'homework' with her. Initially i will nag hubby to do 'homework' with andrea, but i guess i'm not that kind of person who can nag for my whole life. Well, i guess have to wait till i'm not feeling so exhausted then only i can concentrate on andrea's 'homework' for now.

Updates on her milestone:
1. Able to read some words on Peter & Jane 1a book
2. Can do maze (just found out from last shichida class - keep on knocking the 'wall' when i introduce the kumon workbook - easy maze few months ago)
3. Can use scissors very well - love to cut papers at my mum place
4. Loves animals, especially Rabbits, Dogs & Cats (brought her to a pet shop, the Cat meow - she turn to us, "the cat meow at me" - lol)
5. Can sing MANY songs from English to Chinese
6. Beginning to demand things she wants & insist (not very good)
Example1:
andrea: Mummy pls sleep beside me on my bed
Mummy: I'm tired, can i sleep on my bed?
andrea: No *pretend to cry*
Example2:
andrea: Daddy pls get my pillow/ water/ book "title name"etc
Daddy: go get yourself
andrea: *pretend to cry* pls daddy
7. Can feed herself at meal time (maid will let her do it until she lost interest)
8. Likes to eat biscuit - plain cracker biscuit. Can eat it even just right after meal @@
9. Wear her own socks & shoes correctly
10. Able to run SUPER FAST!

Preparing 2

I was hoping to see parkson sale - RM10 voucher with every purchase of RM150. Hence i went and search on the internet and saw that it was the last day of the promotion (16 Oct 09)! I was panic because I saw this only at 5pm, hubby and i rushed to parkson KLCC after dinner, arrived at 8.30pm. Shop till 9.30pm... the staff there helped us to carry our stuff to our car, how nice :) 

what we have bought:

1. 2 Avent BPA-free breast pump

2. Avent baby monitor

3. Avent BPA-free bottle for breast pump

4. 3 via gourmet set

5. Pigeon tooth brush for andrea (time to change)

I was very happy because all these are at 10-20% discount & after discount i'm entitled for RM10 voucher for every RM150. I saved quite alot i feel :)

Pregnancy Week 37

Went for checkup today, hubby fetch me there & accompany me to consultation. Mum fetch me back from DSH. 

I did not forget to ask about the weight, dr. said from the scan it says 2.6KG, but she believes that it's more than that. I'm relieved, cos my sis said baby above 2.8KG consider OK. Alright, dr. checked how much i've dilated today.. bad news - only 1 cm. She said have to wait for another week & needs to do more walking! Aww.. im feeling tired all the time now. Baby please don't make mummy wait for too long :( 

I'm hooked to internet problem solving these days, I know i have not been relaxing as much as i should have. The internet problem just kills me, i cannot work from home, well home as in my own home. I have to go to my mum's place because my internet line died on me. You can't believe how exhausted i was at my mum house, it was not as comfortable as my own home because i need to lie down on someone's bed & sitting on someone's chair & table. My Andrea would come and disturb me once in a while & i'm sweating all over by the end of the day. It has been 3 days now. Tomorrow i will stay home although stupid TM still have not solve our internet line problem, because we have bought Maxis broadband prepaid yesterday and it's awesome! 

Pregnancy Week 36

Went for a checkup yesterday. Gynae said water is enough, measurements are OK. She has given me the admission form & advice me to admit to hospital if there is 1. Pain 2. Water Bag Burst 3. show. The pain she asked me not to wait till 5 min interval, has to come in earlier cos second child might be faster.

I've just called ING to get the guarantee letter but he said i need to wait. If the GL is ready they will SMS me, i wonder how long it takes. I remember 2 years ago was immediate! Maybe the malay guy attend to me is LAZY. Well, luckily i still can wait till next week :)

Have not tell my maid about she moving to my mum house temporarily because we have no room for her when the confinement lady is here. Will do this next week.

Pain

Having second pregnancy was not much joy as the 1st pregnancy, I don't get the privilege of being chauffeured, I'm still driving on my at 36 weeks. I do not blame it on my bazi chart (of my weak DO), because i saw 2 women (my friend) has weak DO too, their husband were treating them extremely good. Well, i do not know if it's just superficial or what, but from what i've read from the blog, i think mine is simply rubbish.

He spends most of the time ignoring me, because he thinks that i asked him to do too much work, concentrating on his share market, working very hard everyday until me and baby has to starve most of the time, complaining about me etc. It's OK, i've learned to be stronger, less dependent on him & i shall start thinking more of myself than him now. I just hope i would not develop post pregnancy syndrome after i've delivered. I'm really an idiot if i were to let someone hurt me & cause me pain in my life, be it him or at work place.

Preparing

We are busy preparing stuff for myself & baby's arrival. Of course, we are passing many andrea's stuff to baby, Im afraid that andrea would feel less attention when baby arrived, so we bought her some new stuff too:
1. New Bed (pinky bed from Ikea)
2. Blankets
3. Pillow + cover

Myself:
1. Breast pad
2. Nursing gown
3. Handkerchief

Baby:
1. Changing top
2. Drawers
3. Mamypoko NB

4th Year Anniversary

We were married for 4 years now! Time flies!

We checked-in to Royale Bintang hotel on Saturday, went shopping at the curve after that. The hotel was not as nice as we have expected, well usually we go to 5 star hotel & didn't know it was this bad. No bath tub & the duvet were not silky & the pillows are not down feathers! Oh well, at least my little girl didn't complain & wanted to go back to the hotel after we've checked out on Sunday.

In the evening, we went to KLCC to buy my cosmetics & dine at eden. Andrea loves her bun & soup & pick on our food a little. Next morning, we had breakfast at the hotel, andrea loves the cereal they have there & ended with a banana (her favourite too). The breakfast was OK. We checked out at about 10am & headed to Pavillion for lunch.

Times Bookstore was having childrens' day promotion, for members 25% for all children books from 1-30th oct. Hence as a kiasu mum, i've bought some books again for andrea. Honestly i have bought too many last month! But i have no regret, cos andrea loves it, she asked me to read it in the night and early this morning. When i refuse, she pretend to cry! Worth the money afterall :)

Sorethroat, Flu & Fever

My little girl was down with fever last Friday. Started with vomiting at grandma place & Very high fever 38.7 degree in the middle of the night 3am! Hubby & I rushed to hospital to get antibiotic because her mucus shows abit of yellowish that day. The Medical Officer attended to us in the A&E was terrible, an Indian MO looks like a cleaner. She is very rude & unfriendly!

We went back to the hospital to see doc musa the next day and get everything sorted out. Today the fever was under controlled.

My Maid had running nose yesterday, she told us she cannot stop the running nose. but i have been hearing her sniffing for a long time. Not the serious type but sniffled once in a while. My girl sick and now tell me she is sick, Im just too tired. Hubby bought her flu medicine from the pharmacy. Hope no more headache popping up anymore!

Playing Country Story

Aww... i've got another new game in FB that I love so much. The graphics are very nice & it's not straight forward as other games available in FB. You will run out of money if you do not plan your game. However, these 2 days the line has gone crazy, i do not know it's FB problem or whole malaysia network problem due to the earthquake we experienced. 

Heart Burnt

Before i start, it has been very hard to logon to blogspot these 2 days!

I experienced heart burnt 2 days ago, anytime the whole day. I cannot remember i experience this during Andrea's time. However it has reduced today, when i eat too full only i felt it. Gynae went for holiday hence i only see her in 1 month's time, it suppose to be 3 weeks, hope everything is going fine. 2 weeks time to next visit!

Besides, i also feel heartbeat like in my tummy, but im really sure it's not braxton hicks. During andrea's time i also do not have these heartbeat like feeling. It has started since 6 months or so. However, im pretty sure it's not heartbeat because it's way too slow for a baby's heartbeat. I've asked gynae last visit, she said yeah, some ppl says baby hiccup inside, and said do not worry. I seriously do not know if this is normal. sigh.... a month to go, hope everything goes smoothly.
