I'm on my 30 weeks now & sad to say that i have not been practising
Taikyo. It's really hard to do meditation when
i'm having so much worries & stressed :( At night time, i would sleep at 9pm together with Andrea & woke up to start work at 8.30am. I know it's an excuse but i just could not do the meditation, easily get distracted because
i'm thinking TOO MUCH recently. I just can't help it. How??....
Maybe shall try after work at 5pm. Hope i have got the mood.
Baby is kicking really hard now and likes to wriggle inside me. I've started bird nest last week, hope he gets some protein & grow bigger & fair like andrea. Hope he will be born no lesser than 3KG.
