I breastfeed both of my kids, i want to jot down what breast pad i've used :)
Andrea's time i only use NUK & mothercare breast pad. Ben time i use NUK, PIGEON & mothercare breast pad.
NUK & pigeon is for heavy use, when i know i do not have time to change. However, pigeon is cheaper last time & is softer, so i stock up ALOT. Now i do not know if i can use all of it when i stop breastfeeding ben. However pigeon breast pad is very expensive now RM27 for 24 pieces (sometimes u will get 2 for 1), last time was RM36 for 36 pieces (i always buy when they have 2 for 1 offer). NUK in the other hand is RM24 for 24 pieces (i also bought it when they have 2 for 1 offer).
Mothercare breast pad went thru alot of changes from andrea's time to ben. Actually i prefer mothercare's, cos i can change frequently (i don't like to wear the same pad for more than 4 hrs). I use mothercare's when im at home. Andrea's time the cotton was alright but when i stock up for ben's arrival, the cotton was so thin, the pad is not enough for my leaking breast even only for 1 hour! After that i gave them another chance, i went to another branch to buy it, the cotton then is not so thin anymore. Just recently i just bought another box, IT'S PERFECT!! They have changed the surface ... there is no little cotton string attached to my breast anymore (although not much last time but im very particular, now it's 100% clean). With the new surface improved & satisfied cotton thickness, I'm happy to stock up somemore for home use. The price is unchanged, M39 for 100 pieces.

I have been using comfortable AVENT washable breast pads. They save me a tonne of money and no need to stock up. It is easy to wash them every day with other undergarments and hang dry in the washroom. View my detailed review here: http://www.mummysreviews.com/2009/07/21/avent-washable-breast-pads/
Happy breastfeeding! :)
i've bought that & used before too... not suitable for me. Maybe i leaked too much...
