Yesterday Shichida Centre point called and asked if i have already paid my term 2 fee. HELLO! one month already past, of course i've paid! Do i look like someone who likes to take advantage on these small little things. PLEASE.....
I think the management needs to improve their customer service and also their internal process. If they don't do anything about it, they will loose all their customer if somewhere else offer similar education. I told the silly woman that "yes, i have paid in LFY & they asked me to pay there last term", she said "oh then i check with them, thanks". You seek clarification from your customer last, OK? Do investigation internally first!
Anyway, last week was thaipusam, hence no class. The week before hubby brought andrea there because i booked for facial at that time. Refer to sensei & hubby's comment andrea did well last two weeks.
Today andrea was alright, she doesn't climb up the table anymore. She is more vocal now, able to speak up a little bit more (about 3-4 words), not enough i know but she is abit slow in adapting. Not enough confident i guess, at home or alone with family members she is very confident and very talkative! As usual, she loves all the songs and pay 100% attention to it.
