After Cay Mee's class my Front Thigh muscles was strained. I expect the recovery period = 1 day, however i still feel the pain as of today! 3 days haven't recover. I had Sunday rest and yesterday went to pilates class, mostly work on the core muscles, hence not so much on the thigh.
I don't know why today my front thigh feels even more heavier than yesterday. I could hardly walk properly with my 3 inch heels. Ouch...
Yesterday i parked up stairs, quite scary because it's very quiet. I still prefer to park basement, i don't know when that Garden basement will re-open.
